Yamaki Sake Brewery was founded in the 2nd year of Meiji Era 150 years ago in Kurosawa Village at the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake. The sake is made using underground water from the Yatsugatake mountains and local rice made in the area. The unique and original flavor has been preserved and cultivated to this day.
